Be part of our client’s team as a Customer Service Representative, providing accurate assistance through calls or chats, resolving concerns, documenting interactions, and escalating complex issues. Use multiple systems efficiently, deliver empathetic communication, and support customers in a high-volume BPO environment. Who We're Looking For

  • Open to candidates with a high school diploma or college undergraduate background

Mandatory:

  • At least 6 months of BPO experience (Telco background is a strong advantage)
  • Experience working US night schedules
  • Ability to work onsite
  • English proficiency at B2 level or higher—spoken and written
  • Willingness to attend onsite interviews
  • Confidence in navigating multiple computer systems and applications
  • Ability to multitask efficiently across screens, tools, and tasks
  • Strong reliability, punctuality, and attention to detail
  • Consistent professionalism, politeness, and customer-focused behavior
  • Ability to maintain accuracy and focus in high-volume, repetitive environments
  • Familiarity with basic troubleshooting and ticketing systems (preferred)

  • Handle customer inquiries with clarity, empathy, and professionalism
  • Provide accurate information and resolutions across calls or chats
  • Document all customer interactions and actions taken
  • Resolve issues during first contact whenever possible
  • Troubleshoot basic concerns using available tools and resources
  • Escalate complex or unresolved cases following defined processes
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on products, services, and procedures
  • Support operational efficiency by minimizing wait times and managing queues
  • Participate in training programs and continuous development
  • Maintain professionalism when handling escalations or challenging situations
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned
